Tara Johnson, PCC
With close to 20 years of professional coaching experience and over a decade in diverse corporate roles, Tara champions the belief that thriving employees are the cornerstone of successful organizations. Her work is fueled by a deep commitment to improving workplace experiences, ensuring people feel seen in their humanity, supported in their wellbeing, and empowered to grow. Tara partners with leaders and teams to co-create cultures that inspire trust, foster belonging, and where employees are not just valued but truly cared for.
As an ICF PCC-credentialed coach, Tara bridges rigorous coaching methodology with deep corporate experience, bringing both professional expertise and practical, real-world insight to support her clients. She’s served in a variety of People & Culture and coaching leadership roles at organizations such as Etsy, Bloomingdale’s, Columbia University, and JPMorgan Chase and has coached everyone from early career professionals to C-suite executives. Engineers, creatives, bankers, nonprofit leaders, veterans—you name them, she's likely worked with them!

In addition to 1:1 coaching, Tara also facilitates group coaching and leadership transformation programs, mentors fellow and aspiring executive coaches, and coaches in specialized initiatives for struggling leaders and underrepresented and overlooked employee groups.
